After the client selects a mobile-friendly website from our gallery of templates that best represents their organization, their logo and tagline can be added to the header; their contact information can be added to the footer; and the colors can be customized to match their current branding.

Initial Loading of Content
The client will be responsible for populating the new website with new content or migrating content from an existing site utilizing the Grid Editor within our Content Management System. The client can access the Help Desk and training videos to learn how our system works.

Website Hosting 
The Basic Website Hosting package accommodates most organization's needs - 8 GB of storage and 20 domain-based email accounts (name@domain.org) with web-based access or with optional email forwarding. 
  • Optional Enhanced Package - It is recommended for organizations storing a large number of video and audio files and requiring additional email accounts.

Member Data Conversion 
You can either manually enter your member data into your new database, or you can download our Member Data Conversion Template (limited to one file (CSV, XLS, or TXT) with one tab with up to 50 fields/columns, add your member data, save it as a CSV, and we can upload it for you.

MemberLeap Configuration
  • Default - MemberLeap will be set up with our basic default settings; however, we will configure your membership billing for you.

Payment Processing 
If your organization wants to offer online payments for new member dues, renewal dues, event registration fees, donations, and store purchases, you will need to have a credit card merchant account or PayPal account.  Please visit our Payment Processing webpage to see if your current provider is a supported gateway; if not, there will be an additional initial setup cost to integrate with your provider.

Online Training Sessions
Client can access the Help Desk and training videos to learn how our system works, and we provide ticket-based email support, but to onboard your staff, an online training session is very helpful in introducing all the MemberLeap modules and their respective features to new clients.  These sessions will be recorded and placed in your File Archive for reference later.  As needed, additional sessions can be purchased later through the ticket system.

Since SEO is a complex topic, an effective long-term optimization strategy can be time-intensive.  We can tailor this strategy to your organization's unique needs.
  • Google Analytics - We will setup your new website with analytics as well as the initial search engine registration.  
  • Optional Basic SEO Service - This includes a simple click and click-through report as well as keywords and search phrases being used on each of your webpages.

Our Association Website Templates are a self-guided solution. So, to purchase, we ask that you first start a free 30 day trial to be sure this is the right solution for you. After logging into your trial account and getting comfortable, when you are ready to purchase, please start a help ticket indicating that you are ready to end your trial and make your account live before the 30-day trial period ends. We will then contact you to set up your account.
